Dr. Palceski is able to perform all upper blepharoplasty’s for his patients under local anesthesia with light sedation. This  procedure typically takes between 60-90 minutes to perform.  Incisions are carefully and precisely placed in the natural  creases of the eyelids for optimal scar concealment.
